YCA Group comprises YCA Partners CPA Limited (“YCA Partners”) and YCA Consulting Services Limited and has an affiliated business partner, World Leader Management Limited (together as “the Group”). YCA Partners is engaged in providing professional services for financial auditing and investigation. Other professional services such as forensic accounting, fraud, investigation and deterrence, tax compliance and planning, accounting, company secretarial, payroll and other business advisory services (including advisory services for company in considering the listing requirements in Hong Kong) are provided by the other two group companies. Currently, the Group has around 20 staff members.
Our strategy is simple and straightforward. We believe that each client is unique and it requires us to understand each of our client’s business and needs. Our role is to formulate and analyse pertinent recommendations to our clients.YCA Partners CPA Limited, formerly known as Yeung, Chan & Associates CPA Limited, since its registration in 2004 as a corporate practice under the Professional Accountants Ordinance in Hong Kong, has established a team with professional and experienced partners and staff.All partners have over 18 years working experiences in auditing taxation and accounting field. Their individual experiences include auditing listed companies in both of Hong Kong and China, participating in financial due diligence for the merger and acquisition transactions, etc.We have joined and participated in many business and social related activities over the years which help us to establish a business network with different professionals. Therefore we may introduce other professional parties for the relevant services which are not within our jurisdictions or we consider better covered by a specialist in the field.
