The firm is governed by Vincent Au who is a qualified accountant with Professional qualification in both UK and HK. He has more than twenty years experience in auditing and accounting business. Previously he was working for one of the big-four international accounting firms and company listed in Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
He was also a financial controller of a multi-national trading company which is active in both mainland China and Vietnam market. Thus he got the experience and first-hand information of taxation and accounting system in PRC.
The company has good business relationship with some CPA firms which are well-established in both PRC and HK and can conduct company audit and other corporate services (including the four main categories of services_finance, accountancy, consultancy and taxation) properly. Clients of small and large size are welcome.
