The firm was established on 12 April 2000 by Jean Heng and Jennifer Tan. We have experience in audit, tax and initial public offering exercises from our many years with Kwan Wong Tan & Fong and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu when the two firms merged in 1997.We have been engaged in the audit, taxation and initial public offerings of companies varying from medium sized companies to listed groups.
