EP focuses on service areas of Audit and Assurance (the “AAS”), Control and Compliance (the “CCS”) as well as Mergers and Acquisition Transactions including IPOs (the “MAT”). EP is accredited as an Authorized Employer by the HKICPA and provides quality training to prospective student members aiming to become Certified Public Accountants in years ahead.EP also focuses on Taxation services (the “TAX”) and renders TAX compliance and planning advice to Hong Kong’s small and medium enterprises (the “SMEs”), multi-national corporations (the “MNCs”) as well as listed companies on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. EP is accredited as an Authorized Employer by the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong and provides quality training to prospective student members aiming to become Certified Tax Advisers in years ahead. EP was originally founded as a sole proprietorship under the name of M.C. Ng & Co. in 1997. In our early years, we provided auditing and taxation services to clients from various industries. Over time, we gradually established a quality clientele on which our professional development was based and is further advanced.In 2007, the practice of M.C. Ng & Co. was re-organized and EP mainly provides AAS, CCS, MAT and TAX services to SMEs, MNCs as well as companies listed on stock exchanges of Hong Kong and Singapore.
