EDEN & CO., CPA is a registered audit firm under Hong Kong Professional Accountants Ordinance, a member of EDEN group, under which a team of dedicated professionals in an independent firms throughout Hong Kong collaborate to provide professional services to individuals and corporates globally.Each member firm provides services in a particular geographic area and is subject to the laws and professional regulations of the particular country or countries in which it operates. EDEN does not itself provide services to clients. Each EDEN member firm are separate and distinct legal entities, which cannot oblige each other. CPA. He has over 20 years’ experience in assurance industry. He Obtained his bachelor degree (B. Commerce-Acct) in Australia and gained his valuable audit experience in one of the big 4 CPA firm in Hong Kong. At present, he is a full member of CPA Australia and CPA (Practising) member in Hong Kong.Mr. Clement Siu Director,Mr. Siu holds a Master degree in Accounting from Curtin University of Technology and a bachelor degree of Business Administration. He is a full member of CPA Australia. Member of The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong,Mr. Siu has over 15 years’ experience in accounting industry. He had been a chief accountant in a Hong Kong main board listed company and a department head of accounting & administration in multi-national big logistic company.Mr. Sam Poon Quality Controller (external monitor),Mr. Poon obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Accountancy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is also a CPA (Practising) in Hong Kong.He performs the annual review of compliance with the firms’ quality assurance policies and procedures according to HKSQC1 and related auditing standard in the aspect of firm’s quality control.Mr. Eddie Fok Counsellor Mr. Fok is a Certified Public Accountant of Hong Kong. He obtained his first bachelor degree in the University of Hong Kong and a second degree of LLB in the University of Wolverhampton.Most of his professional working experience has been gained from various Hong Kong main board and G.E.M. listed companies. He was being appointed as execute director and financial controller. He has solid hands-on experience in IPO project.
