It is a sole proprietorship company with 20 staff working in Hong Kong. In addition to the ECOVIS network firms, it has an associated firm in Shenzhen, China.ECOVIS David Yeung Hong Kong has registered under The Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) which enable the company to perform audit on United States listed companies.David M. K. Yeung:-Mr. Yeung Mui Kwan, David, the founder of the Company, is a Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong. After graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, he spent several years in the audit division of a Big Four audit firm. Before starting his own CPA practice, Mr. Yeung worked in the banking industry for a few years as a key financial officer of a leading bank group in Hong Kong.
Mr. Yeung has extensive experience and knowledge in auditing, accounting, internal audit and IPO services. Mr. Yeung is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW) and a member of The Society of Chinese Accountants and Auditors (SCAA).
