He is involved in audit, tax, insolvency and consultancy. Over the years, Philip has been servicing international clients in the areas of financial due diligence, audit and business advisory. Philip’s interests are in the areas of local and international tax planning, estate planning and wealth protection planning. He also provides business advisory services, offshore company incorporation, and corporate restructuring. Philip also acts as an honorary auditor and treasurer for many charitable, professional and social service organisations.Ms. Ellen Tsang Managing Director:-B Soc Sc., FCCA, FCPA (PRACTISING)
Ellen has been in the public accounting profession for over 18 years. She started her career in the Audit Division at a Big 4 accounting firm. With knowledge in PRC taxation, she helped to provide professional services to companies with establishment in PRC for business formation, tax planning and consultancy.Ellen set up her own practice in 1995 and at the same time joined our firm. She became a Director of our practice in 2008. Ellen is involved in audit, internal ontrol system review, tax and company secretarial services as well as staff training, human resources and IT matters. She also served as a member of the All China Youth Federation and Beijing outh Federation, PRC. She is also an active member of various NGOs and always willing to offer her professional consultancy in the accounting and financial aspects.
